lukewarm water – 1 cup
This is one of the most hassle free ways to use baking soda for removing the under eye dark circles. Take 1 cup lukewarm water and add 1 spoon of baking soda in it. Mix it well and ensure that the temperature of the water is comfortable for your skin. Now, dip two cotton pads in this water and place them under the eyes.
