Anti-Aging Herbal Remedy #1: Potato Juice Pack
You Will Need
1 small potato
Cotton ball
What You Have To Do
Grate the potato and squeeze the juice out of it.
Soak a cotton ball in this and apply it all over the face.
Leave the juice on your face for 15 minutes and then rinse with cool water.
How Often You Should Do This?
Repeat this twice a week.

Why This Works?

1 cup water
1/4 c basil
1 Tablespoon crushed mint leaves
1/4 watercress crushed
3 medium size carrots (peeled and chopped)
1 egg white


Simmer all ingredients except egg white for 20 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Blend all ingredients with the egg white on medium speed for 45 seconds. Apply to face. Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Anti-Aging Herbal Remedy #2: Papaya Pack
You Will Need
Few pieces of ripe papaya

What You Have To Do?
Mash the papaya to get a smooth paste. Add some water if required.

Apply it all over the face and neck.

Leave it on for about 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

How Often You Should Do This?
Papaya face pack will give best results if used twice a week.

3 Teaspoon green clay (if skin is sensitive, use french green clay)
1 Teaspoon honey
2 Tablespoon water (oily skin),
half and half (combination skin) or Jojoba oil (dry skin)


As a general rule use 2 parts liquid to 1 part clay. Use the liquid to suit based on your skin type. If you have oily skin use water. Combination skin milk or half and half and for dry skin use jojoba oil. Mix the ingredients together and apply to skin. Leave on for 10-­‐20 minutes then rinse off with luke warm water.
